Wrongly ‘seemingly’ blocked from NextDNS and need help here.. also for zero reason?

I have recently been given a phone, the person who sold me it was sadly illegally taken to court due to the investigational powers act that only exists in this one country introduced in 2016. It was - illegal. And a complaint has been entered many times but sadly only now realising to the wrong person it was sent too (not me but a close friend!) it took a very long time to realise such an ‘act’ as barbaric as this exists in the free country of the United Kingdom. He constantly had issues using next DNS - profile after profile always red boxed, same with Control D. The phone as there was 2 identical phones two identical iPhone 12s. One has been sold or rather given to me, his mother. Now that we are also the first country to abolish the also abhorrent ADP end to end encryption in the United Kingdom, I have had to set this up with a non end to end encrypted Apple ID, couple that with companies believing this phone now STILL belongs to him (wow was Edward Snowden right and I feel bad for telling my son he ‘idolises him’ when no he just couldn’t understand why everything was going wrong. Bricks being removed from his home (one brick) and replaced - not on the other 6 buildings though or any of the other 6 floors, outside his window. He asked what it was for and the guy stuttered and then said umm - fire proofing. My son says he feels foolish he even googled ‘one brick fire proofing’ he did a sysdiagnose and contrary to what Apple say - the lady at the Apple Store told him ‘no not necessarily’ about MDM profiles always saying so in - profiles. In his sysdiagnose he saw it said ‘splunk’ and a lot about ‘affect MDM’ - he googled Splunk and sure enough it’s Mobile device management on an iPhone he bought two identical ones of, for himself, not working not in uni not in school. But on MDM. Phone does what it wants not what he wanted. When he blocked all the MDM domains for schools and enterprises - all of which regularly all day long appeared on his next DNS. Which shouldn’t. Anyway - illegally taken to court, he had a YouTube - Music Against Hate. Still up but now no longer doing it. On there and backed up physically is the proof (not evidence) he was illegally taken to court (no punishment all he did was ask why someone who admitted to a serious crime - threats to kill, wasn’t charged. He said sorry - to police and not my son. He has a degenerative health condition and relentless trolling caused him to give up his hard earned in a few months YouTube as he didn’t find it fun going live getting abuse. So, I have since tried setting up a Next DNS (clearly much needed!) or is corruption a myth? Is it possible? Can it happen? So he simply wants peace and after a DSU restore of this iPhone. And a new Apple ID. It has again gave the red box totally banned warning which will likely be due to the ‘privacy policy’ being a 14 eyes alliance country. Donald Trump said removing ADP was ‘like something you’d hear coming out of China’ - same goes for the informative powers act. Google it and be thankful you aren’t in a country like that, China would be better. As a musician! Where people who do make threats to kill - are convicted when they admit it and it’s recorded. Not let off with a 7 year sentence as he was ‘frustrated’ (tip for anyone in the UK - 1st crime just say your frustrated and no charges)

So now I’m stuck with a phone that still has these settings and have once again had the profile (even when not on the same Apple ID? - blocked.

so we know Jesus is the son of God (proof not faith) as - he said so. And that’s that. 

so please can the person ask for proof before banning others who go on to use the same phone with the same Splunk MDM settings yet it doesn’t say it in profiles, unlike apple say it always will.

please can this be amended as DNS custom settings are badly needed on this device which is a good one and don’t want to use a cheap throwaway 100 pound phone all the time.
