My DNS servers are inaccessible from my main IP

Hello,

Since today, no requests are going through from my internet connection. I had to switch to 8.8.8.8.

The traceroute shows connections originating from my home network and my ISP, but it's blocked.

I also can't ping the servers.

If I test with a VPN connection, there are no problems; I can ping and connect.

I rebooted my router, but it's still blocking 8.8.8.8, and the traceroute goes through my router and ISP before blocking.
