Rewrite DNS reply doesn't work?

Hello,

I am trying to connect on : https://www.louvrepourtous.fr but it s failing.

this url is working : http://92.243.14.54/

I tried to force the Rewrite dns reply, but it seems to not be applied.

 I am in firefox with "https only" mode, nevertheless I would like to have the warning proposing to switch in http. 
And currently , there is nothing, no resolution

Could you please advice me?
