Blocked domain still accessible. URL in "blocked" matches "logs"

I'm trying to block a site, and somehow blocking their URL doesn't do the trick. 

I can see the site getting through in my logs tab, and can see that it exactly matches the domain I have in my blocked tab.

Clicking "Block" on the logs tab also doesn't fix this. 

Are there known ways in which this is broken?
