Setting Up to Replace HTTPS on Windows 11 Issue

I tried to use the instructions on editing the DNS settings in Windows 11 with the Preferred DNS and Alternative DNS information the instructions provided, but I keep getting the following error message, "Can't save DNS settings. Check one or more settings and try again." I have triple checked that the information I entered is correct. Any thoughts on what the issue might be?
