HELP
Message:
Hello NextDNS Support,
I am currently away from home and unable to access my router or any devices on my network. I have encountered an issue where my NextDNS profile is not showing logs , which I can no longer access or update remotely.
Here are the details:
Profile ID: dff6f1
Last known IP is available 00000000
Issue: I am unable to access my router, and no one is able to assist me on-site. I need to unlink the old IP and re-link my profile to my current IP or find an alternative solution to ensure my profile remains active.
Please assist with unlinking the old IP address and re-linking my profile to ensure everything works as expected during my absence.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Only you edit the configuration, create a new ID and do link-ip again. If you link-ip using DDNS, create a new ID with the same DNS server range as the old ID and fill in DDNS then delete the old ID.
