Logs shows doubleclick as blocked, but ad is showing

I've installed nextdns profile on my iphone and it working fine, but one website keep showing ads, when I went to the logs the url seems to be blocked but the ad is showing, i've also inspected the page via connected the iphone and using safari inspect and i was able to find the ad element and the url of the ad linked to googleads,

I've also done network reset for the iphone and the problem didn't go away.
