Domain blocked or allowed check
Whenever I block or unblock a domain, the changes take effect a few minutes later, sometimes it's seconds but I have no way of knowing. Add a feature to the dashboard which double-checks if a domain is blocked or allowed

The delay you are seeing is probably due to a cached address. All changes on NextDNS are instantaneous (well, within a few seconds at most).
