NextDNS not working on my home router anymore.

Last night around 8PM was the start of not being able to access any websites.  I tried rebooting Verizon ONT, Router, Access Points, to no avail.

Figured it was on my ISP's end.  Woke up and was still unable to access websites.  Dug a bit deeper and changed DNS to Google, and that resolved the issue.  Verizons Default DNS also works fine.

Attempted to change back to NextDNS, no dice.  Can't get to any websites.

The kicker is.. NextDNS works fine while on cellular and other Wifi networks, or not on my home network.

Any ideas?

Your ISP might be blocking some ports or some DNS providers.

If possible changing from one protocol (DoH, DoT, DoQ) to another might fix it.

Check if on the router you have DNSSEC enabled and disable it (if possible).

If the router is yours try to use the CLI and if possible bypass the Ont.

I've been experiencing the same issue but I dont think its the router. All other devices on my network works fine with router pointed at NextDNS.
It seems to be just my laptop. When I disable the NextDNS app on the laptop, everything starts resolving fine.  I uninstalled the local app and reinstalled a fresh copy(v3.0.13) and things started working again.

Thanks guys.  Not sure what rectified it.  I couldn't see it being anything other than ISP glitch at this point...

When I got home from work yesterday I reapplied my NextDNS  settings to my router, and it works like normal again.

    Regardless, weird!
