Slow Logs/Constant Errors For Almost a Week ๐Ÿ˜’

Submitted a post last week as well, but never got approved or got a response. From what I read, that's not surprising.

I have NextDNS set up on my router for all devices connected to my home network, and I have NextDNS Profile Configuration on all apple devices since I have kids. I have had NextDNS since June and things have worked great, until last Wednesday. I all of a sudden have lags and delays (between 25 minutes up to 6 hours) on logs. Then I got the below error:

Network Error GET/profiles/xxxxxxx/logs/stream

I figure it'll be fixed fairly quickly since I've had this error before and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Nope! Going on FIVE days and I'm still getting either extremely delayed logs, or I'm getting the same dang error.

I have deleted, and reinstalled profiles. I have reset and made sure it's all working with my home network. I pay so I do not have a limit on logs, although I do try to clear them often since I don't need them for long periods of time.

Can someone PLEASE tell me what's going on and how to fix this? Since it's affecting all devices regardless of whether or not it's on my home network or not, I'm starting to think it's a NextDNS issue, and it's always an issue with the IPv6.

This was last weeks ping.nextdns.io result

 This was from this morning:

I feel like I've been fairly patient, but at this point, I'm going to end up finding something else to go with because I'm getting no feedback and there's been no fix, so not sure why I'm going to continue paying for something that isn't working properly.
