Did not receive the password reset email

I forgot my Nextdns login password, then I entered my email in the forgot password field to reset it, but a few hours have passed and I still haven't received any email. I tried several times

I'm asking for help.

    I just tested it and I received the reset email immediately. It was in the Junk (Spam) folder.

    * help.nextdns.io is a completely different thing than my.nextdns.io and you can have different email addresses and passwords.

    Be sure you are using the correct email as I see that NextDNS does not check if the entered email is correct or connected to an existing account before showing "A link to reset your password was sent to..." but they don't send the reset link to the wrong email.

      losnad i'm sure i entered the correct email, because my.nextdns.io is still logged in on my phone, i want to login on pc but forgot the password. I use AOL email, tried many times till now still no email coming, even in spam folder. I want to contact NextDNS but it seems they won't support Pro users
