Bad routing Costa Rica

The local ultralow1  is never reachable, and the ultralow2 is in Colombia and has 200ms latency. The anycasts are around 60ms. I always get routed to the slow ultalow2 from the official CLI on linux, and also on android private DNS. If I use sytemd-resolved with your configuration I get the anycast servers and am fine. I am on Liberty/CableTica ISP. On mobile internet I get ultralow1 edgeuno-sjo  with a 70ms latency, all good there. How can we change the steering for my ISP blocking edgeuno-sjo? Or better yet how can I get the android private dns to use anycast like systemd-resolved?

    Oh well.....I'm now trialing Controld and loving it. Got a support response in less than an hour.

    Routed back to anexia-mde with 200ms latency.   😥 On my ISP and android private DNS DOT.
