Keenetic router issue

so i have created 2 profiles.1 for router (no blocklists) and 1 for my phone.my router has builtin DoH and it works perfectly.And im using nebulo as DoH client (because nextdns and rethinkdns clients crashes all the time.i think issue is about intra or tun2socks.vpn is active but it changes itself to google dns.)

so when i disable nebulo i can access keenetic app and 192.168.1.1 but when i enable nebulo i cant access 192.168.1.1

dns rebinding is disabled on both profiles.
