Need help troubleshooting issues with dhl.de and post.de
I am having trouble opening the websites of DHL and Deutsche Post (dhl.de and post.de) since I switched to NextDNS. I've tried disabling a lot of the options but I can't seem to find the setting that impacts these sites. They start to load (I can see it if I open developer tools) but they don't proceed and finish loading. I don't see a request that may be blocked to another site. What could be going on?

Don't use tons of lists.
Appears to load fine with:
-AdGuard DNS filter
-oisd
-notracking
-NextDNS Ads & Trackers Blocklist
post.de - mobile.deutschepost.de - www.deutschepost.de - assets.adobedtm.com - cdn.cookielaw.org - cdn.statically.io
dhl.de - www.dhl.de - assets.adobedtm.com
You can see the common thing.
After a request it's blocked it takes 5 minutes to be unblocked (Cache Boost)

I am only using the NextDNS Ads and Trackers blocklist. It may be some of the other toggles I enabled…

Only thing I can think of is AI-Driven Threat Detection.
But, the problem can be from the browser or some firewall if there is nothing blocked in your logs after you try to access the sites. Try a different browser.

It turns out this is not related to NextDNS but probably an issue in routing with my provider. I switched to google DNS, issue prevails. If I turn of WiFi and use mobile network the pages load fine, if I run a VPN over WiFi they also load
