Weird Routing Choices?
For a while now, NTT traffic that is in Atlanta has been sent to your Dallas, TX datacenter, which results in 30x the latency it should be. I'm in Charlotte, NC but always route through Atlanta. I have a fiber connection and a server in the ATL2 datacenter and both are sent to Dallas. I have a Verizon 5GUW as a backup and it's sent to the correct Atlanta node.
Can you see why NTT traffic is being routed incorrectly?

Neat utility. That's cool to see you guys use Vultr in ATL2 and Tier.net (CLT4?) here in CLT. I bet we have equipment in the same CLT datacenter since I use them for some hosting projects also.
Here is the report: NextDNS Network Diagnostic
As an aside, I'm a self-professed DNS geek, and I really enjoy your service. You've taken the best of a lot of independent DNS tools and wrapped them up into a very nice Anycast service. And for what I feel is a very reasonable price. Please keep up the good work.
