supervised profile

I want to try to install a profile from apple.nextdns.io unto a device that I will wipe and supervise. But from iMazing it gives me a warning at the Certificate level.

"The entered information is not in the correct format for this field." See image 1.

I have checked the options that you see in the 2nd image.

    I don't use Apple products but what is obvious is that you have 2 identifiers in the field. You have the format explained:

    8-4-4-4-12 characters. And you have 2 of them. And the beginning of another one. There should not be any dot sign.

    Try to do it from beginning, I tried and looked inside the file and is looking OK. I don't know what happened to yours.

      losnad So this isn't something built from NextDNS? I can just change it to follow format and it will work? Just making sure before I go through the hassle of resetting the device.

    Like I said, I don't know details, there's nothing wrong with the device, just delete the file and generate a new configuration profile and try again. And follow the instructions.

    I took a longer look inside and there are two strings for PayloadUUID. The first is in the format asked and the second one is in the format that is appearing on your Pic, the correct PayloadUUID.AnotherPayloadUUID.ConfigurationID

    If you encounter the same problem, try to remove what is after the first dot sign. If no one else step up to help and know what to do. But I'm sure you don't need to panic.

      losnad Yes it worked and I also could configure more settings from inside iMazing. Thanks!
