Cannot to connect to ultralow server

Using NextDNS's Windows app cannot connect to the ultralow server.
Tried rebooting the computer and reinstalling the app, but still the same.
I can connect ultralow server on my iPhone, so it's not a router problem.

    This was better than mine. Took me an hour to figure how to point to a "better" resolver. Not sure if this is advisable but will wait until whatever bug it is fixed. 

     

    I only use Windows app when I'm away with my laptop, no problem with iOS App. I have NextDNS CLI installed on my router. Btw, will the router CLI have support for DoT please?
