No answer from sales@nextdns.io?
Anyone knows if NextDNS is alive? I've written them (sales@nextdns.io) two emails (14 April and 21 April) but no answer.

As someone who recently subscribed to Next DNS, posts like this make me worry a bit.

I use NextDNS and its fine, BUT sales@ don't reply.
I tried to email them for a business account twice and nothing, so they lost £1000+

Same - we have an opportunity for 10's of thousands of endpoints - moving from one product to Next DNS - so yeah definitely concerned! Never heard back...assume this is a non-monitored email.

Thanks a lot for all answers here. I use NextDNS private and it is a great product for home use.
Now I want to look in using it for our schools but even contacting sales seems hard. And indeed you never get any reply. Not even if you say you have 7000 users and want to pay for their services.I think I must look further then NextDNS. If support is that hard to get and even sales is unreachable. Then they really don't want to sell anything! @NextDNS The support and sales really needs improvements. Your product is great but there are no support or contact options at al that work.
The payed subscription say there is support by email. But how to get support when nobody answers the mail??
