Problems accessing apple servers

Hello! I'm having difficulties with the service. I stopped working on apple music, apple TV. It makes me very sad. If you disable nexans Profile(DNS-over-HTTPS), then everything works fine. I have completely turned off everything in the "security" "settings". Deleted all Blocklists, now there are zero lists.
I tried Switch temporarily to a no-profile DNSendpoint (https://dns.nextdns.io , dns.net dns.io or 45.90.28.0/45.90.30.0). -> failure
try setting up Quad 9 (9.9.9.9). -> success!
How do I fix the problem? I really don't want to leave this service.

    Does the logs show anything blocked while accessing these services?

    I assume you are using apple relays - which is a crap cuz its leaking your privacy EVEN with 3rd VPN enabled. Dont know why people are using such crap. (guessing)

      papapipi Looks like something is blocking your connection to NextDNS, possibly your internet service provider?

    Not sure it I NextDNS. I have all security options and block listed checked and I have no issue accessing Apple services.

    I’ve had the same experience for about a year now, especially bad if trying to restore a MacBook Pro using internet restore, simply won’t connect.
    disable nextDNS and hotspot from phone (nextDNS on router) and works immediately.

     Nothing showing as blocked in logs and all blocklists disabled

     also had  authentication issues  with appleID

    I will add more information. Completely deleted the device profile on the site (nextdns.io ). I didn't use the service for a month, but after a while I decided to try again. Created a new device profile, added it to the router and ios phone. Everything worked perfectly for a week. But today apple music and TV have stopped again. The settings have not changed in a week, the list of blocked resources is also empty. During all this time, support has not tried to contact me and I don't even understand where to write to them. It seems that the service doesn't care about me and my access problems. Any thoughts on how to solve the problem? It's definitely not the provider blocking access to apple resources because everything works fine without nexdns.
