Quick copy buttons in the Setup tab

I've had to manually copy the private DNS provider hostname from the setup tab a few times (after setting up a new profile, trying different blocklists etc.).

It's a small quality of life change, but I think a quick copy button would be handy.

They could also be added for other things that people might want to copy across from that page, like all the other endpoints in the endpoints section
