AI-Driven Threat Detection

Hi,

Our domains *.sha-la-la.de (www, news, member, and shop) are being detected and blocked by the NextDNS AI system as a threat. This is a false positive. Yes, there was an issue with a service provider, but this has been resolved, and all security providers have revised or corrected their assessments.

Since our customers who also use NextDNS can no longer access our services, I request a review and correction of the AI detection.

We assure you that there are absolutely no threats emanating from our websites.
