NextDNS App on Windows not activating my profile

I very often, every day, (maybe after awaking the computers from sleep) find that my NextDNS profile is not active!

I have the NextDNS app installed on multiple laptops specifically to manage this. But I visit my.nextdns.io and it says I am using the DNS servers with no profile.

I have to "Disable" and re-"Enable" in the apps tray icon, and then my status switches to green "All good!"

Why??
