IPv4 Servers Unreachable

Hello,

Yesterday during the evening I am no longer able to resolve domains using the IPv4 servers from home.

  • 45.90.28.189
  • 45.90.30.189

The linked IP in the portal is correct, and the IPv6 servers work correctly. I can ping and resolve domains offsite fine using v4. I have attached the diag script output and some additional troubleshooting details.

Wondering if I have been accidentally added to some block list or if I have to chase someone else.

    I was hoping this could get resolved before my subscription needed renewing, unfortunately the issue persists and I have decided not to renew. Thanks for your help.
