I can't access my router when connected to NEXTDNS

Whenever I'm connected to NextDNS, I can't access my routers IP Address. All I can do to connect is stop the service and that's the only time I can connect. 
I'm using Mac and installed NextDNS through CLI. DNS Rebinding is disabled on nextDNS.io
