"error network"

Hi,

I have two profiles. On one, my NextDNS account is linked to my algerian static IP address, and the other is linked to a Swiss IP address, 46.229.***.**1, with a "network error" when accessing to link-ip.nextdns.io (who no longer responds to ping). Is that normal?
