Why was I banned from the service?

I subscribed about a week ago, and today I was surprised to be banned from the service.
When I ping it gives me timeout

Why would you assume you were banned? Did you get any email saying so or something?

It is more likely that either your ISP has blocked your connection to NextDNS or, less likely, both local anycast servers are offline.

Try visiting https://ping.nextdns.io in a web browser (while using a DNS that is accessible).

When entering ping.nextdns.io, a completely blank black screen appears

Did you switch to another DNS provider while running the test?

Yes because nextDns is not working for me

I'm currently experiencing the same issue, it all works on my 5G connection until I go back to my home network and then I can't seem to access any of the DNS IPs. I am also getting a black page when trying to go to https://ping.nextdns.io

For now I had to resort to using Quad9 but I'd like to return back to using this. It suddenly stopped working last Sunday at midnight (02:57) I had some looks around and my ISP claims they do not block any IPs and say that this should be accessible.

    Hope anyone has any tips?
