Facebook and Instagram are not blocked

In my case, blocking netflix after 10pm does not work, it keeps streaming indefinitely:

I managed to get Instagram blocked by adding the following domains to the block list:

• instagram.com
• cdninstagram.com
• z-p42-chat-e2ee-ig.facebook.com
• z-p42-chat-e2ee-ig-fallback.facebook.com
• mqtt-ig-p4.facebook.com
• z-p3-instagram-portal.fb.com
• z-p42-instagram-portal.fb.com
• ig.me
• instagr.am
• igsonar.com

Blocking the app in the parental control section does not fully disable Instagram.
