Referral commission not credited for Business annual subscription

Hello NextDNS Team,

I previously contacted support regarding a referral commission issue, but I have not received a response, so I am posting here for assistance.

I referred my company to NextDNS using the referral link from my personal NextDNS account:

The referred company purchased a NextDNS Business annual subscription (50 employees) on February 17, 2026.

The subscription is active and was successfully paid, but my referral dashboard still shows:

• Pending balance: $0.00
• Available balance: $0.00

According to the NextDNS affiliation information, eligible referrals should generate a 30% commission during the first 12 months.

Could you please check whether the Business subscription was correctly attributed to referral code 87fjwmq6?

If the referral was not tracked automatically, I would appreciate a manual review and, if eligible, application of the referral commission.

I can provide the invoice, payment confirmation, account email addresses, and other verification details privately if required.
