Allowlist not working
`1Hosts (Xtra)` blocks `https://docs.searxng.org`. So I added it to allowlist. But, it still says 'docs.searxng.org is blocked by 1Hosts (Xtra)' (I have `Block Page` enabled from NextDNS settings.) Using VPN (which as I've setup and confirmed by `https://test.nextdns.io` && `https://my.nextdns.io`, doesn't change DNS), on my mobile, it changes to 'docs.searxng.org is not blocked anymore' and becomes accessible after a while. But turning off VPN blocks it. On laptop, VPN unblocks it instantly and so, turning off blocks it instantly. I never faced it before for any website.

1. I tried now 1Hosts (Xtra) and it blocks way to many domains for no good reason so I don't recommend it. I use
AdGuard DNS filter

HaGeZi - Multi PRO
NextDNS Ads & Trackers Blocklist
and for the most part I don't have major issues but I needed to add a few domains to Allowlist as even some of this are pretty aggressive (NextDNS one and Hagezi), probably even this setting is not for everyone.
2. From what you describe the thing that make sense to me is that you are using one NextDNS profile on the VPN (some VPN allow you to enter your own DNS) and another one on device settings. I tested to open the link with and without VPN , it was indeed blocked by the list, I added it to the Allowlist and it was open normally.
You can check what it says on my.nextdns.io setup page or on test.nextdns.io if you get the same profile.

Update: Strangely, I saw it working even without vpn on day today, but not at night now. Seems NextDNS is getting some problems to add this site to allowlist.
And, it seems only a problem with docs.searxng.org, not 'NextDNS gets this problem for all domains after this time', as a later added allowlist is also working while searxng docs not.
