PayPal not working as a payment method (India- Pro Plan)

I've been trying to make a payment using my card but none of them worked, which I later found out is a common issue with Indian Cards. So I resorted to PayPal which also doesn't work for me and gives me this message every single time. Any clue as to way this is happening?
