I need help to save my storage

Hello sir, 

I have make a mistake. First i setup my nextdns address on my private dns then i locked my setting from app lock. Thats was simple Think. But the problem is my lock setting password is nextdns backup code(last 12 code) and also thats my gmail password. Google authentication is on my gmail. Actually i logged out gmail by mistake. Now im unable to log into my gmail and nextdns. I tried to recover gmail but i failed i didn’t Reach gmail help centre. I know my nextdns password and email and also the private dns address.

Is there any option to login to my nextdns without disabled  two authenticator cause if you team disabled nextdns authenticator then i will lost the recover code which is my gmail and phone setting password. Please i dont want reset my phone. There are so many documents which i cant backup on any drive. Just help me log into my nextdns account by using only password with blocking two factor.
