How can I take off my bank card so you dont charge me anyone, I never used your " free" service. You Keep charging me every month. STOP

I used this programa like a year ago ,, never worked and I close my account. Still that day they still charging me ,Now there is no support personal to help me? I want to get out!! Of this trap
