NextDNS + ComodoDNS

All my Windows machines are set with NextDNS in the networking settings.

I would like to know if it is possible to use a second layer of security by using a second DNS service like ComodoDNS: https://help.comodo.com/topic-399-1-904-11815-.html by entering the settings into my WiFi Router.

Would it be possible for both to look up and say of NextDNS doesn't catch a bad website that is flagged with ComodoDNS service it would then block the connection? Does it chain link?

 

Window PC goes to Facebook -> Looks up in NextDNS -> Looks up in Comodo DNS -> Looks up in ISP DNS etc

    In theory, yes, in practice I never find a product that does this. Secondary DNS isn't used that way, on Windows it will randomly pick between primary and secondary.
