High latency for anycast2 from Bangalore (India)

I am currently evaluating NextDNS for home use. The NextDNS ping test page shows anycast2 addresses being routed to anexia-dxb and vultr-fra (IPv6). anycast1 addresses gets correctly routed to  vultr-blr and vultr-blr (IPv6).

I wanted to confirm if this is the expected behavior or if anycast2 should get routed to do-blr and do-blr (IPv6) based on the latency values?
