DoH and linked IP on router

Hi is this config supported ? 
I have iPhone using config profiles and androids using DoT  works great WiFi and 5g, but only if my ASUS router is set with quad 9 or another dns, as soon as a place NextDNS IP in router it pretty much  breaks the network after sometime , is next dns itself blocking my secure dns? 

trying to use my ASUS with DoT  I cannot get to work at all so just trying with linked up as a catch all  , is this overlaying twice somehow?

    To confirm do I need to make a new wlan for devices with DoT and DoH and use a non ipv4 nextdns ip in order to support this?
