Punycode in email/logins

Ely Gifts has recently changed his login email address from ely@elygifts.com to ely@영사민원업무.com and afterwards Ely could not login using punycoded version of 영사민원업무, xn--v92b9n89ig8fri06b.

Therefore, to clear all the confusion, Ely now proposes that unicode in domains will be equal to punycoded domain names, so, as far as logins are concerned...

ely@영사민원업무.com = ely@xn--v92b9n89ig8fri06b.com
