Wrong password - reset mail not recived

Hello,  can t reset my password.

During the configuration of my vpn on my asus router, i lost access to my nextdns account.

 

Someone can help me?

       Thank you for your reply:

      You should be sure that you created the account on my.nextdns.io --> checked my.nextdns.io

      Be sure you checked the "Spam/Junk" folder --> Done

      Be sure you don't insert spaces on email / password fields --> Done

      Try to create a new account --> Not allowed

      I dont use Gmail

      My acount is not free acont a payed for 1 year

    I think my account has been blocked due to too many IP changes, since I was configuring my VPN on my Asus router and running various tests. I believe too many access from different IPs were detected. However, if they check, they will see that all the IPs belong to NordVPN or Fastweb.

    I use NextDNS since the beta days with VPN jumping from country to country and I also charged my  real IP many times in short period and I was never blocked.

       At this point, I really don’t understand, thanks for the advice. I wrote to @nextdns at the email business@nextdns.io, I hope they reply, otherwise I’ll go through PayPal. I don’t know how to get support.
