my.NextDNS.io Logs tab doesn't show source for blocked lookups

Today the Logs tab does not show the reason/list for blocked lookups. On Firefox hovering over the "i" shows "Blocked by ." In Safari hovering over the "i" does nothing, not even showing the pop over.

Verified in two different NextDNS accounts; Safari & Firefox; private and normal browsing. Worked normally as recently as 15 hours ago.
