AI-Driven Threat Detection blocking Apple App store?

When AI-Driven Threat Detection is enabled, its blocking the Apple app store for me. Is this happening for anyone else?

I don’t know if it’s from AI-Driven Threat Detection but App Store wasn’t working earlier so I added appstore.com to Allowlist, that fixed it :)

Actually I tested it, it is from AI-Driven Threat Detection and is also blocking Instagram app too :-/

Create an account just to reply to this. I too have the same problem in that my AppStore is blocked. I turned my dns off and AppStore  worked again

Now it’s also not allowing new posts to show up on Instagram browser. Not sure what’s causing this.

Joe Do you have Goodbye Ads list? remove it if so, that's blocking my instagram feed for some reason.

Joe On top of what Residente said, I think that you should use purely OISD to reduce the risks of false positives.

Residente yea looking at the GitHub of Goodbye Ads now, it seems several people posted issues for Instagram and apple.

Residente I enabled Goodbye Ads list also, then my iPhone couldn't see the App store. Leave it enabled, but in the Allowlist tab, enter: apple.com & appstore.com. Now the App store works.

BlueLED That seems to work for me, thanks.  I had a look at their GitHub site, and there are still open issues about it, and nothing has been done in over 2 years.  I am linking that here so others can monitor the status of any progress.  (And it does not appear that A.I. threat detection is contributing to this problem any longer.)

To access the AppStore you must only whitelist amp-api-edge.apps.apple.com

For some unknown reasons that domain has been added to several lists. Lists owner (Energized and Google Ads) are aware of it but they didn't care to update  their lists.

Pierre Cartier Filters like Energized and others tend to break a lot to block all ads/tracking possible with DNS and in my opinion it creates more headaches than necessary you should try OISD and if that's not enough OISD+1HostLite those two (especially OISD) work basically flawlessly. You get a few ads here and there but its smooth sailing without troubleshooting or issues.
