https://my.nextdns.io/ logs tab

Hi,

While I see my DNS queries getting serviced by nextdns I can no longer see new log entries since December 22.  I think this started when I removed the NextDNS Ads & Trackers Blocklist which I later re-added. It also appears it not blocking anytime now!

Any ideas around the problem here?

Chris McCallum seems like your client is not properly configure. Please follow the setup instruction on the setup page.

Thankyou so much for the response Olivier! I realise I don't have my client configured but I have it configured via DNSCrypt-Proxy and the SDNS Stamp! Was working great until recently!

If I run a dns leak test it appesrs to be using your DNS servers

Chris McCallum if you don't use the client, make sure it is uninstalled so it does not run with no configuration.

Olivier Poitrey Configured the Use secure DNS in Chrome to point to https://dns.nextdns.io/<id> and can now see the logs. So appears to be an issue around using DNSCrypt-Proxy and the SDNS Stamp.

Below is what I see in the setup when I don't set Use secure DNS in Chrome

Had another play around with this tonight and it's again working! I renamed the server and re-added it to the DNSCrypt-Proxy. Weird but working now! Thanks for the pointers.
