this device is currently using "" for DNS resolution

As in the title, the setting page shows such "" empty field or sometimes "cloudfare" even if I am using NextDNS, proved by the log page.

I set DoT in Asus router.

    nextdns is a good service, but support is bad.

    this request is now 1 month old and no reply by nextdns team.

    another request of mine is already 2 months old and still with no reply.

    I am a paying customer, but probably that is not important.
