NextDNS not working on Windows 10 even when enabled

Hello

I've been using NextDNS for a few months, but all of a sudden, it's stopped working since today, even though the status stays 'started'. Might be due to the 3.0.11 update, but I can't say for sure. I switched to the beta 3.0.12 update, but that's not working either.

 

It's working on my iPhone, running iOS 16.1.2, so I'm not sure what the problem is here. NextDNS is visible in the Services tab from Task Manager, with a status of 'Running', and I restarted the service to no avail. I've also tried re-installing the application, but that didn't work either, and there's nothing in the logs in the installation folder showing any errors, so I'm pretty much stumped at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

    (Solved) For the minority who might be facing this issue, I fixed it by going to Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center -> Change Adapter Settings -> Select Wi-Fi/IPv4/Properties -> Check the 'Obtain DNS server automatically' option if not already checked. IMO the Cloudflare IPs set here a long time ago were overriding NextDNS settings.
