Can not block VPN on LAN with Merlin firmware

After installing nextdns on merlin firmware it can not block vpn for instance turbo vpn app on LAN network. Is there a way to block it?

    I have installed Turbo VPN on my iPhone and Win 10, but I don't see any instance of Turbo VPN domains.

    So I think that they use the IP address to make the VPN connection, this means that you can't block Turbo VPN servers because when you connect to a Turbo VPN server is directly via the IP address and not via a domain (e.g. ch257.nordvpn . com = 91.132.136.147).

    So you have to block the IP address of Turbo VPN.

    Or try to blacklist turbovpn.com and turbovpn.co and see if something happends.
