Deny List not working

While on macOS 11.4, I had added the following to my Deny List:

*.docker.com
*.desktop.docker.com

And yet for some reason in the last few days, I can now query it:

; <<>> DiG 9.10.6 <<>> desktop.docker.com
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:

No entries in the Deny List are working now. Has anyone else experienced this? My privacy block lists are working, and my custom rewrites are working, but everything in Deny List is now resolving.

    Works fine here with Windows10.

Did you restart your device so cache gets cleaned?

The issue seems intermittent for me. Earlier today it was allowing it through, now it's blocking. So weird.

Wyatt every time you make changes to nextDNS, make sure you are clearing DNS caches immediately
