DDNS not reachable from local

Hi there, 

I have Synology NAS + public IP + DDNS (myhostname.synology.me). I have configured my router to be able to reach myhostname.synology.me even if I'm on my local network + I have registered DDNS on my NAS as well.

 

When I started to use NextDNS I'm not able to access myhostname.synology.me anymore.

I tried to register DDNS (myhostname.synology.me) in NextDNS settings but didn't help. Once I stop using NextDNS I'm able to access myhostname.synology.me from my local again..

Please help.
