How do I use nextDNS on a specific subnet in UniFi?

I'm running a Unifi Dream Machine Pro with 4 different networks, and I'd like to know how to assign specific nextDNS configurations to specific networks.

I understand how to install nextDNS via CLI, but I can't find any info on tying configurations to networks.
