ewr1.vultrobjects.com blocked by "Threat Intelligence Feeds"

I'm running a Mastodon instance in Vultr - and use their object storage service.

NextDNS is making use of that a PITA due to blocking the entire site with their internal "Threat Intelligence"

I know I can turn that off, and I also can add the domain to an allowlist.

However, I'm looking for a resolution/appeal process - or just some kind of contact escalation. 

I get that cloud object provider object storage can be a source of malware, but there seems like there should be some granularity here other than blocking the whole domain.

Anyone had experience here with a resolution process?
