Adds this Denylist for Stalkerware applications

I have been maintaining a blocklist for stalkerware applications here : https://github.com/Te-k/stalkerware-indicators

Stalkerware are applications used to spy on partners (mostly Android applications), see here for more information. It is a major issue and there is now a quite large community fighting against it. We have been maintaing collaboratively this IOC repository for several years and it is already blocked by one DNS provider, Quad9. it would be great to have it blocked in nextDNS, ideally as part of the Cyber Threat feed.

There are multiple formats available for this list including a hosts file https://github.com/Te-k/stalkerware-indicators/tree/master/generated (it is possible to generate another format if needed).
