You’re not the first one saying that.

DynamicNotSlow and yet here we are.
I wish the staff will actually read this and make the change.

Wishy to be fair i don’t think so as the problem exists for more than a year.

To me it looks like the team don’t have enough man power but this level isn’t good for any service and users will leave. I was one of many who „push“ NextDNS in the past but that changed.

DynamicNotSlow  Agree 100%. I think NextDNS still is the best complete DNS-service out there so I'm still here, but many other similar products are popping up. Can't recall any other service/system with paying customers and no active support or even a private way to contact support. A simple forum where some "superusers" trying to help others aren't enough to keep the lead (...and customers).

Also no feedback on most suggestions and no roadmap on future improvements. It's beginning to feel a bit "outdated" and not maintained with outdated blocklists, not any new blocklists, Native Tracking Protection in Beta for years, no info how AI-driven Threat Protection works, no GUI-improvements and minimal activity from the NextDNS team except the standard answer to "please post a latency report".

I guess most of their time goes to the operation of the servers, but no feedback/dialog/ignorance gives frustrated customers so I hope something happens very soon before it's too late.
