Are NextDNS IP's still reachable from Free SAS ISP?

Good evening,

I've been using the service for over a year with no problem. Since the last 12 to 24h, I can't seem to be able to resolve requests from NextDNS DNS's (using DoT).

45.90.28.0 and 45.90.30.0 don't respond to ping from my Internet Provider (Free SAS, quite popular in France).

I did a few tests and they don't respond with dig either:

dig free.fr @45.90.30.0
;; communications error to 45.90.30.0#53: timed out
;; communications error to 45.90.30.0#53: timed out
;; communications error to 45.90.30.0#53: timed out

I wonder if it is a "local" problem (just me) or a general problem (ISP wide).

    I haven't changed any configuration and I'm able to reach 45.90.30.0  now. It probably was a localized problem with my  ISP (as I tried the RIPE Atlas probes and it was working correctly for other users of my ISP).
